Overview
During transcranial MR-guided focused ultrasound, the high-permittivity water bolus distorts the RF field. This produces dark bands that can hide the target and degrade MR thermometry. Our passive reflective antenna restores B1 in the treatment region, improving image quality and monitoring without changing the clinical workflow.
